We have purposely high standards at The Academy. If you think you have what it takes to contribute or be part of The Academy, please feel free to contact any one of our staff members, who will be happy to advise. You may be asked to provide examples of your work, so please keep that in mind.

Do I have to join The Academy to contribute to The Library?


The simple answer is no. Whilst we do have consistent members of The Academy, many CyberArmy members work within other brigades and contribute tutorials and articles on a regular basis. All that we ask is that you present an original well written and detailed piece, and we'll take it into consideration.

Do you have an IRC channel?


We do indeed. You are welcome to join #Academy by connecting to irc.cyberarmy.net:6667 any time you wish. Proper conduct is highly advised.

Welcome To The Academy!

To Educate, To Inspire.

The Academy is dedicated to providing education to CyberArmy members and non-CyberArmy members alike. It does this through the use of articles and tutorials – using the CyberArmy Library as our central publication medium. Academy publications show up in real time in the CyberArmy Library, presently on a weekly basis.

One of the main requirements for joining the Academy is a high degree of activity. If you wish to join the Academy, please get in touch with the C/O of the subgroup you want to join. He or she will discuss with you the requirements for joining and give further explanation about the Academy and its tasks. We hope to see you soon!
